1. Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately at  info@zallamart.com.

2. Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery charges?

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small convenience fee may apply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned item and it passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
